 Players Investment Company, SA is a Costa Rican corporation set up to provide the premier bankroll management service for online poker players. Players Investment Company will facilitate the actual playing of online poker through the transfer of its bankroll shares to the various online poker rooms. It aims to provide this service with the greatest security for its shareholders and with the least expense, hopefully with no expense, to the shareholders. Players Investment Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary PIC, will also allow shareholders to invest portions of their bankroll in other areas besides the playing of poker. At present PIC is fully licensed to engage in commodities and currency trading, other investment options will become available as Players Investment Company continues to grow.

 Players Investment Company is owned by a group of private investors Thus 100% of the bankroll shares in Players Investment Company are held by this group of investors, and the rest are now being offered to other online poker players. 

 Players Investment Company plans to increase the value of each individuals shares through a number of mechanisms. First, each purchaser is required to keep at least a small portion of their shares in the general bankroll account. This account will be interest bearing. Second, through various agreements with the actual poker rooms where our shareholders will be playing, Players Investment Company anticipates generating a revenue stream. Third, a small portion of all winnings by Players Investment Company poker players will be returned to the general bankroll account, rather than the winner (this is described further in the player contract). Fourth, as the bankroll grows, Players Investment Company's investment advisor may take advantage of worthwhile opportunities in the various commodities markets PIC is licensed to trade in. Fifth, Players Investment Company may stake our better players in various online or live poker tournaments where a significant portion of any winnings will be returned to the bankroll account. Please note that Players Investment Company will not undertake these last two methods of generating income unless the funds in the bankroll account exceed the amount needed to redeem all outstanding shares, and then only to the extent there is such an excess.

 Players Investment Company understands that the legal situation with respect to online poker is currently the subject of much debate. After extensive legal analysis Players Investment Company has decided that for the majority of American citizens, and the majority of the world’s citizens, the playing of online poker is NOT illegal. Players Investment Company is designed to provide a bankroll management system for precisely this group of people, and to do it in the most player-friendly way possible. Although others may choose to invest in Players Investment Company simply for its investment potential, Players Investment Company will provide a mechanism for people to play online poker for money and profit ONLY IN THOSE PLACES WHERE IT IS LEGAL TO DO SO. Players Investment Company WILL NEVER ENGAGE OR ASSIST OTHERS TO ENGAGE IN ANY FORM OF INVESTING OR ONLINE GAMING THAT IS NOT A LEGAL ACTIVITY FOR THE INVESTOR/PLAYER.

 There is some risk with your Players Investment Company shares. It is possible that Players Investment Company will not generate enough revenue to cover its operating costs, and its operating costs will be paid from the bankroll account. Players Investment Company operations are designed, however, to minimize this risk as much as possible, but every purchaser of shares should be fully aware that this risk cannot be eliminated.
