How can I play poker for
PIC?

Once you have become part of the ownership of you will have the option of also becoming a sub-contractor player.

You do not have to become a sub-contractor player (but why wouldn't you?). As a sub-contractor player you will be authorized to play poker on behalf of the corporation at any poker site you choose that accepts our players.

Pursuant to a contract between you and the company, you will be given a poker playing bankroll up to an amount equal t
the value of your shares. This bankroll will be secured by your shares. With your permission, we will sell your shares to the Poker Room you choose to play at and deposit the shares in the Poker rooms account. The Poker Room will then deposit the money they paid for your shares into your players account at the Poker Room.. THEN YOU PLAY POKER AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD!

$1.00 of each share purchase you make will be credited to your
Common
Shares account and the Dollar value is deposited in the common Sub-contractor/Players account.

What happens if I lose money?

Even if you lose you bankroll, all Share purchases you have made in the common Sub-contractor/Players account will continue to increase in value as we all share in the success of those players who win money at the tables and the interest earned from the common Sub-contractor/Players account accumulates. So even if you lose all year, you will still be making money on your shares account.

What happens if I win money?

At the scheduled yearly accounting period, or earlier if you choose, you may request the poker site to return all or a portion of your bankroll to the company. When we receive the funds from the poker site we will divide the funds in three ways.

The amount of the initial bankroll will be returned to the general fund and the stock that secured the bankroll will be unsecured and transferred to your shares account where it becomes available for you to sell in accordance with company policy.

A small percentage "
.05%" of any winnings will be deducted from your total winnings (the amount over the initial bankroll amount) and added to the general Sub-contractor/Players account. The remainder of the winnings will be transferred directly to you in the form of additional stock equal in value to the amount of the winnings or sent directly to you via check or ACH transfer.

We anticipate offering shares at various levels to accommodate all styles of poker play. There will be a method, based on your demonstrated playing skill/ability to turn a profit, that will allow common player shares owners to advance to a Preferred Player stock level. Regardless of which level you play, the opportunity for exponential growth of the Sub-contractor/Players account is terrific.

There are 3 main ways that the value of your shares in the company should continually and consistently increase in value.

To be a Sub-contractor/Player for the company you must always own shares. Each time that shares in the company are purchased by our Sub-contractor/Player, $1.00 of the shares will be retained in the Sub-contractor/Players account. and the dollar value of those shares placed in the common Sub-contractor/Players account. This account is the entire pool of funds from all Sub-contractor/Player and will be collecting interest.

These shares that each Sub-contractor/Player must retain will not be re-purchased by the company for a pre-determined period of time. Once a year there will be a buy-back window of time where the company will buy back the shares at the current par value or you can choose to receive a dividend check for your shares and leave the shares in the account to roll over to next year where they will once again begin to increase in value.

A small percentage
.05% of any winnings you withdraw from the Poker Room will also be deposited into the common Shareholder/Player account. As an example if you win $100.00 then $0.50 will go to the Players Shares account. As a Shareholder/Player you are playing for the company. This is so all Shareholder/Players will profit from another Shareholder/Players good play.

Do I have to play poker?

Actually, no. Your ownership of
a share entitles you the benefit of playing, but you do not have to exercise that right.
